Course Schedules

STOP PRESS! Please note that the West Highland Dairy will be closing down at the end of August 2018 to enable us to enjoy a well-earned retirement!

Courses are usually run on a monthly basis with 2 - 6 participants, and an absolute maximum of 8 participants. Dates are fairly flexible and can be altered to meet clients' needs.

Most courses are run at the dairy (and a schedule of these is shown below) but, if the client has his/her own establishment, we can arrange to come to you.

These courses can be exclusively for your establishment or you could make arrangements with other interested parties in your local area to join with you to share ideas and experiences and to reduce costs - e.g. local smallholders, diversifying farmers or stock societies.

Should you require a tailored course, please ask. We are happy to adapt our course or structure a new course to meet your needs.
